What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

Is The Villa Michelle suitable for large groups or families?

The villa can accommodate up to thirteen guests. The Main Residence can accommodate up to nine guests with a king, queen, full/twin adult bunk, and a queen-size pull out. The Pool-Side Villa can accommodate up to four guests with a queen and queen-size pull out.

The outdoor dining area can accommodate 16 at dining tables and 8 at the high tops.

The Villa Michelle can also host events. Please inquire for a quote.

Is the pool private and is it heated?

The villa features an 11'x14' salt water plunge pool that is heated.

If you are staying in The Main Residence, The Pool-Side Villa will not be occupied to ensure your full and exclusive use of the property.

Is the villa kid-friendly?

The property is not child-proof. Children must be supervised at all times.

There is an automatic pool cover to ensure safety when the pool is not in use.

Pack & Play and safety gates are available.

Do you offer concierge services?

Absolutely! We have been on St. Thomas for more than twenty years and are happy to recommend dining, nightlife, shopping, activities and excursions.

We are also able to recommend event planners, caterers, and private chefs.

We will be happy to handle your food and beverage provisioning needs. Please inquire for rates & availability.

How close is the villa to the beach?

Located in Caret Bay, the villa is a short drive from the finest beaches on St. Thomas including Magen's Bay, Hull Bay and Neltjeberg. For a little adventure, from the villa you can walk to a hidden trail that leads to a secluded beach.

What security measures are in place at The Villa Michelle?

The villa is gated and equipped with exterior security cameras.

Is it necessary to rent a car during our visit?

We highly recommend renting an SUV during your stay. The property can accommodate up to 3 guest vehicles. There are no ride-share apps and taxis are not always reliable.

If you prefer, we can recommend a private driver.

Is the villa pet-friendly?

We are happy to accommodate service animals. Personal pets will be considered for an additional fee with approval.

Is there reliable internet, and how fast is it?

Yes, the villa offers high-speed internet with Wifi mesh extenders ensuring fast and reliable Wifi throughout the villa, ideal for multiple devices and work-from-home needs.

What should I do if there’s a power outage?

The villa is equipped with a 30kW generator and solar energy system to ensure seamless power, so you won’t experience any outages during your stay.

What pool and beach essentials are available?

Beach towels, Yeti coolers, Yeti cups, beach games and other essentials are available during your stay.
